What is TranspoX Bid?
TranspoX Bid is an online load board for India. Transport businesses on the TranspoX app post full and part truck loads, and transporters, fleet owners and brokers bid a freight price. The merchant picks a bid, the winner accepts and names the lorry, and the load moves.
Is it free to find loads and bid?
Yes. Signing up, searching loads and bidding are free, and TranspoX takes no commission on the freight. TranspoX provides the lead; the deal itself is between the merchant and the transporter.
How do I find truck loads near me?
Search the board by the city or state a load starts from and where it goes, or open the page for your city to see loads leaving and arriving there. Loads are also shared on WhatsApp, and a link opens the load directly.
Who posts the loads?
Loads are posted from the TranspoX app by transport businesses whose GST and business details TranspoX has checked. Route, weight and load type are fixed before bidding opens, and the merchant’s name is shown only to the winner.
Can I bid on part loads and full truck loads?
Both. Each load says whether it is a full truck load (FTL), a part load (LTL), liquid bulk or over-dimensional cargo, along with the weight in tonnes, the vehicle type needed and the pickup date.
What does the verified tick mean, and how do I get it?
The tick means a person on the TranspoX team has checked the business. A GST-registered business sends its GST certificate and a cancelled cheque; a fleet owner without GST sends a PAN card, the owner’s photo ID, a lorry RC and a cancelled cheque. Load posters see the tick next to every bid.
What happens when my bid wins?
The merchant offers you the load. You accept within the time shown and add the lorry number, driver and phone. You then get the merchant’s name and contact, and the paperwork can continue on TranspoX. If you do not accept in time, the offer goes to the next bidder.
