TranspoX Bid — Terms & Conditions

TranspoX Bid puts transport businesses that have loads in touch with verified transporters who can carry them. We do not charge for it, we are not a party to any deal made through it, and we are not responsible for how that deal turns out. Please read clauses 3, 4 and 9 carefully.

Last updated: 21 September 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] (“TranspoX”, “we”), registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS], and the business that signs in to TranspoX Bid at bid.transpox.co (“you”). They form a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 when you tick the box to accept them and sign in.

By accepting them you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business. If you also use the TranspoX software, its own Terms & Conditions apply to that software; these terms apply to TranspoX Bid.

2. What TranspoX Bid is

TranspoX Bid is a listing service. Businesses on TranspoX post loads they need moved (“merchants”), and transporters and brokers we have verified quote a price to carry them (“bidders”). When a merchant picks a bid and the bidder accepts, we show each side the other’s details so they can deal directly.

We only provide the lead. TranspoX is not a transporter, carrier, broker, booking agent or freight forwarder. We do not carry, store, insure or inspect goods, and we do not hire, own or run vehicles. We are not a party to any contract between a merchant and a bidder.

3. No platform fee

  • Signing up, getting verified, bidding and winning a load on TranspoX Bid are free. We take no commission or platform fee from either side on a deal made through it.
  • We do not collect, hold or pass on freight, advances or any other money between a merchant and a bidder. Every payment is made directly between them.
  • If we ever decide to charge for TranspoX Bid, we will say so here and ask you to accept the new terms before any charge applies. No fee will apply to a deal already agreed.

4. The deal is between the merchant and the bidder

Everything about the job is agreed between the merchant and the bidder, on their own terms: the price, advance, balance, payment dates, loading and unloading, detention, the vehicle, insurance, the paperwork, and what happens if something goes wrong. The details a merchant enters on a load are that merchant’s offer, not ours.

  • Each side is responsible for checking the other before handing over goods, a vehicle or money, even though we have verified both.
  • Each side is responsible for its own legal duties, including GST, e-way bills, permits, the driver’s licence, the vehicle’s fitness and insurance, and the obligations of a carrier under the Carriage by Road Act, 2007.
  • Any dispute about a load, a payment, the goods or the vehicle is between the merchant and the bidder. We may, but do not have to, help them talk.

5. What “verified” means

A green “Verified” badge means that, at the time we checked, a person on our team looked at the business documents you gave us (such as GST, PAN, vehicle RCs and bank proof) and found them in order. It is not a guarantee of anyone’s honesty, ability to pay, service quality or future conduct, and it does not make us responsible for them. We may re-check, suspend or remove a badge at any time.

6. How bidding works

  • Only businesses we have verified can bid. Anyone may look at loads.
  • A bid is an offer to carry the load at that price on the load’s stated terms. Withdraw it before bidding ends if you can no longer honour it.
  • The merchant may pick any bid, or none. They are not bound to pick the lowest.
  • If you are offered a load, you must accept within the time shown and give the vehicle and driver that will carry it. If you do not, the offer may pass to another bidder.
  • The merchant’s name and contact are shown to the winning bidder only after they accept.

7. What you agree to do

  • Give true and current information, documents and vehicle details, and tell us when they change.
  • Bid only on loads you genuinely intend and are able to carry, and post only loads that are real.
  • Not use the service to cheat, harass or mislead anyone, to carry goods that are illegal, or to collect other users’ contact details for any purpose other than the load.
  • Not copy, scrape or resell the loads or the data on TranspoX Bid, or try to get round verification.
  • Keep your mobile number secure. Everything done after signing in with it is treated as done by you.

8. Your business data and leads

To run TranspoX Bid we collect details about your business: its name, owner, contact number, city and state, services, vehicles, routes, and your bids and wins. You agree that TranspoX may use this business data for our lead purposes, meaning:

  • showing your business name, verification and bids to merchants, and sharing your contact details with a merchant whose load you win;
  • matching you with loads and merchants, and telling you about loads on your routes;
  • contacting you, or passing your business to our team, about TranspoX services that may be useful to you.

Documents you upload for verification are used only to verify you. How we handle personal data within all of this is set out in the TranspoX Bid Privacy Policy.

9. We are not responsible for loss or damage

TranspoX Bid is provided “as is” and free of charge. To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, shortage, delay, detention or non-delivery of goods, for any accident or damage to a vehicle, person or property, or for any unpaid freight, advance or other money.
  • We are not responsible for what a merchant or bidder says, does or fails to do, including any breach of the terms they agreed with each other.
  • We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free, that any load will receive bids, or that any bid will win.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill.

Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability to you for anything arising from TranspoX Bid is limited to [₹1,000]. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Indemnity

You will make good any loss, claim or cost that TranspoX suffers because of a load you posted or carried, a deal you made through TranspoX Bid, false information you gave us, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

11. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or remove a verification, a load, a bid or an account, with or without notice, if we believe the information is false, the service is being misused, or these terms have been broken. You may stop using TranspoX Bid at any time and ask us to close your account under the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute between you and TranspoX that cannot be settled by talking to us first is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY].

13. Changes to these terms

We will post any change here and update the date at the top. When we do, we ask you to accept the new terms the next time you sign in.

14. Contact and grievances

Questions and complaints: [support@yourdomain.in]. Our Grievance Officer is named in clause 12 of the Privacy Policy.
